The building has been completely restored and equipped for its new needs, becoming a multifunctional and versatile cultural space.

•250 m2 used as an art studio (sculpturing, painting, pottery, crafts)
•250 m2 used as a multifunctional space / workshop room (room nr. 3)
In OZU there are:
7 toilets (bathrooms)
3 showers (2 baths)
1 office available to guests with wi-fi internet access
1 relaxing room with a wide choice of films and books
The large and fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to 20 people.
In OZU’s kitchen food (including vegetarian and vegan) is prepared mainly with organic ingredients from the local area. Lunches and dinners are cooked for guests every day.

The multifunctional space (room nr. 3) is 25 x 10 metres (82x33 feet).
It has windows on three sides, two big entrance doors and an emergency exit.
It is bright, has a wireless internet connection, a dance floor and independent heating.
It can be subdivided into smaller spaces if required.
The room is completely empty, but furniture, staging or other needs can be arranged as required.


Room nr. 3 is a multifunctional space that can be used as:
- rehearsal room
- space for exhibitions
- space for presenting shows
- space for each different needs
There is another room for 1 to 3 people.
