Summer is coming, and Milon Mela way back to Europe is getting close!
This year OZU is happy to host the short seminar "sources' research" that will introduce you to the great indian performing arts of Milon Mela.
You are all invited to join!

The inspiration and the work-structure come from the work of the Theatre of Sources directed by Jerzy Grotowski, in which Abani Biswas had collaborated from 1979 to 1983.
The participants will work with artists and masters of Milon Mela:

• Chhau dancers (Purulia)
• Baul musicians (West Bengal)
• Masters of Kalaripayattu martial art (Kerala)
• Gotipua dancers (Orissa)

It’s not required any specific experience to participate, only the attitude to a very energetic physical work.
